MAIN STREET INITIATIVE

The goal of the CACDA Main Street initiative is to optimize, support, and strengthen our community core.  Cazenovia is a great place to do business!  The following resources are intended to match entrepreneurs with local opportunities.

Market Survey

A market survey was conducted by CACDA in the spring of 2016.  We received responses from 440 households, which is equal to about 12% of households in the Cazenovia Central School District. «Click here for more information about this survey.»

Respondents were asked about where they currently purchase goods and services and what they would like to see available locally.  The results show potential for the following enterprises:

Car Wash
Small Grocery/Butcher/Bakery/Specialty Foods
Bookstore
